Black-Eyed Peas with Mustard, Cumin and Curry Leaves

Made another curry tonight, from this recipe. Was a little boring — probably the least tasty thing I’ve made so far.

My first time cooking with mustard seeds. Was indeed cool to see how small they were, and heating them until they popped was pretty fun 🙂
