Creamy Black Eyed Peas

I had great hopes for this one but ended up not liking it at all.

I used smoked turkey from the supermarket deli area. Didn’t have cajun spice so added onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne instead. I loved that I could throw it all in the pressure cooker together. I really liked the flavours of the sauce before I turned it on, but didn’t like the smell or taste taste of the final product though (smells a bit like cat food to me 🙁 )

My husband and daughter liked it more than I did, but I won’t be making it again.
