So I tried to morph this (very good! and low cal and fiberous!) recipe for chocolate black bean muffins to be kind of a muffin version of this bean cookie, by removing the chocolate, but the end result did not taste good. Too bean-y and too bland.
Yes, indeed, perhaps that should have been predicted — I hear you, everyone who is thinking “by removing the chocolate” is obviously a bad idea. You are correct.
