Chickpea Curry (Chhole)

I liked this one more than the rest of my family did, but yeah, I liked it quite a lot. Am a sucker for tomatoes, so I guess it had my number.

I also appreciated that I didn’t need to chop the onions very small because they just go in the blender.

One tip: I found pre-chopped ginger has made cooking with a lot of ginger a lot easier and more fun. (I got mine at my local Indian grocery store)

Wasn’t wow, but was hearty and tasty. I could see this being a weekday meal in the future.
